Blog Post # 1

I AM...

I am confident and scared. I am crazy and silly. I am terrified and excited. I am funny and brave. I am loving and caring. I am gurly and sweet. I am thoughtful and hopeful. I am loud and cheerful. I am shy and friendly. Im opionated and entergetic. I am carefull and careless. I am annoying and fun. I am broken and whole. I am outgoing and optimistic. I am misunderstood, misguided and mislead. I am hardworking and determined. I wish on stars and dream my dreams. I pray to God and cry my tears. I smile on the outside, while i am dying on the inside. I am a great listener even to those who will not listen to me. I walk on eggshells and I walk on fire. I am everthing and nothing all at once. I am not everything i want to be, but i am everything i need to be. I am just me.

Hello again EDM310.... Yes I said again, but this time I'm ready and more prepared for you. I am focused and determined to make it through. I won't let you get the best of me this semester. So bring it ON!!!!! Oh sorry guys I had a moment there! My name is Courtney Muse. I am from Mobile, Al. I am sophmore at the University of South Alabama majoring in Elementary/Special Education. Hi my name Courtney. I am from Mobile, Al. I am entering my Junior year of college at the University of South Alabama majoring in Elementary/Special Education. All throughout high school, my main focus was to follow in my aunt's footsteps in becoming a nurse. After graduation, i was accepted into Bishop State Community College nursing program where i was awarded a full scholarship. After beginning clinical at Mobile Infirmary Hospital, I soon found out that nursing was not my true passion. Eventually, I had to start thinking about my future and what would really make me happy. I decided to enroll in South and it turned out to be a great decision.

  2. Hey Courtney!
My name is Erin Holton. I really enjoyed reading your first blog. The first paragraph was worded beautifully. I think those are emotions that all young females deal with and I think you expressed yourself very well. I'm sorry to hear you're having to retake the class but you sound like you have a good fresh mindset. Let's get an A! I can definitely relate to you switching majors. I started out as pre-med in Birmingham and it took me 4 semesters and too much money before I realized, like you, that teaching was my calling. You are lucky to of found a career goal that makes you happy! Good luck this semester!
    Erin
